The bottom was a new adventure for me but it works out if you go with the flow and dont try to over analyze things.

Domestic machine users may need to plan ahead as it is easy to build up more material at the seams than your machine can handle. My big industrial singer 42-5 didnt mind the 4 layers of quilting at the bottom of mine (inner pocket, outer pocket, quilted straps (4 layers), bottom panel)

Happy day

Lee in sunny St Petersburg Floridahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18348887695776624480noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5573446341878940055.post-9195320860967495592015-03-11T10:02:22.860-05:002015-03-11T10:02:22.860-05:00I like your bag. I agree that making it just a bit larger may have been a good idea. In that style bag, it is nice to be able to have it large enough to be able to stick a book inside it, and maybe a small bag or two if used for small errands when shopping, etc. Well done!!
Cherie Freding Kruegernoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5573446341878940055.post-41896203829327097262012-12-16T15:27:20.349-06:002012-12-16T15:27:20.349-06:00that's awesome. you are talented!that's awesome. you are talented!Leannehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01542005527137005218noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5573446341878940055.post-82463830347299959422012-12-16T13:12:02.229-06:002012-12-16T13:12:02.229-06:00How thoughtful...I'm sure your mom will be thr...How thoughtful...I'm sure your mom will be thrilled with her new bag!Dianehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14897975842731445465noreply@blogger.com
